Start with a base of creamy, delicious Organic Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Soup (from a package.) Add your bulk corn flakes, healthy hemp hearts, alfalfa sprouts from your neighbour, and sesame seeds. Crunchy, mushy, sweet and delicious, all your required nutrients (I assume), and totally worth getting your bowl dirty for. I recommend this for every time you run out of millet!
